HARRISBURG (July 23, 2020) -- The Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers recently announced that Todd Willman of Chambersburg, Franklin County, was selected as PACB’s new director of marketing, public relations, and membership. Todd will begin his new role on August 5. Todd is an award-winning marketing and advertising professional with 30 years of experience in journalism, marketing, public relations, project management, and event planning. He has an extensive portfolio of direct sales experience in both B2B and B2C marketing and a proven track record growing sales revenue. Todd most recently spent the last five years running a marketing and membership department for a central-Pennsylvania business trade association. Todd will work with PACB to execute its new integrated marketing and communication plan. He will be responsible for marketing, strategic planning, brand development, event marketing and communications, market research, and digital, video, and PR efforts. He also will serve as editor in chief for PACB’s Hometown Banker Magazine and other marketing and PR channels. Todd’s background encompasses print and digital marketing collateral, membership development, strategic planning, branding and positioning, event management and PM roles. His experience includes corporate and crisis communications for Fortune 100/500 global companies, vertical market research, B2B video integration, campaign strategy and PR/media relations. As an event planner, Todd has managed large-scale corporate involvement in national and global trade exhibitions and company functions, up to 65,000 sq. ft. in size. In addition to Todd’s work with non-profit trade associations, he held marketing roles with aviation companies and industry. Todd is a 10-year board member of the Hagerstown (MD) Aviation Museum, a 501©3, where he volunteers his time for marketing, PR and public events for the country’s largest collection of vintage Fairchild aircraft. Todd earned his bachelor’s degree from Shepherd University and holds an FCC license for commercial broadcasting. Todd and his family actively support their local animal shelter. He also enjoys playing golf, local history and vintage pinball restoration.
