HARRISBURG, PA — Charles Trump, president and CEO at First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Greene County, has been elected as secretary/treasurer of the executive committee on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers (PACB). He was elected in September 2023 at the association’s annual meeting. The Board of Directors, which includes PACB officers, region and asset representatives, and at-large members, will meet quarterly to determine the policies and administration of the association. Members of the board include CEO and senior-level officers of PACB’s member banks. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Trump has been with First Federal since 1999 and in his current leadership position since early 2020. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Waynesburg College and is also a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy.
