HARRISBURG, PA — Jeffrey Roche, senior vice president and chief financial officer at The Dime Bank, has been elected to a two-year term as an asset director on the board of directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers (PACB). Roche was appointed to serve his new two-year term in September 2023 at the association’s annual meeting in Savannah, GA. The board of directors, which includes PACB officers, region and asset representatives, and at-large members, will meet quarterly to determine the policies and administration of the association. Members of the board include CEOs and senior-level officers of PACB’s member banks. With over 20 years of experience in the banking/financial industry, Roche joined The Dime Bank in 2017. Roche graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in business and accounting and is currently a member and past president of the Dupont Lions Club, a member of the finance council for Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, a member of the Holy Name Society at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, and regularly participates in a number of other community events such as parades and fundraisers.
