Northeastern Economic Development Company of PA-CDC, Inc. is a Certified Development Corporation that provides the SBA 504 Loan Progam throughout Pennsylvania. The SBA 504 loan provides long-term, fixed interest rate, financing for acquisition and/or renovation for land, building and equipment, eligible soft costs and certain debt refinancing may be included. Projects are financed in partnership with financial institutions (banks, credit unions, etc.) who obtain a senior position on the project assets. Banks typically finance 50%, SBA 504 (max 40%), and Borrower 10% to 20% equity.
